What is the best part of what you do every day?

We help people live their best life by making sure their life resources are organized and running well; it is incredibly rewarding. As wealth managers, it is easy to assume that our main focus deals exclusively with numbers; however, the heart of our business lies in the relationships we have with our Clients. It is vitally necessary to have a very close understanding of them in order to provide value, so we become quite synchronized with our Clients once they are part of the team.

How does your business impact the community, individuals or families in general?

Our business is incredibly impactful because we help individuals and families use their life resources most effectively to accomplish their goals. It is incredible how close you get in even just an initial meeting, because we are immediately talking about major life events, like home purchases and retirement. Getting to know who we serve is critical in making our Clients feel secure about their future and helping them achieve their dreams. Often, I come home with a new perspective from a Client’s shared experience—a reminder that every plan is personal. In the end, we don’t just handle finances; we contribute to the stability that benefits our Clients and strengthens our community.

What is something that people might not know or assume about your profession?

People often see wealth management as numbers and spreadsheets, but it’s far more personal—it’s a calling that shapes our entire lives, especially as parents. We always keep in mind that our three daughters are observing EVERYTHING, so we make sure to be good role models in showing them that entrepreneurship can be both fulfilling and family-integrated. We bring them into our business discussions, answering their eager questions and mentoring them along the way, from business strategies to ethical decision-making. It’s incredibly rewarding, as these moments weave our professional world into our home life.
